In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, it is necessary to indicate a legal address when registering a legal entity. This address subsequently must be indicated in the constituent documents. Some founders indicate their home address, and some of them indicate the address of the premises owned by them and their legal entity or the address of the commercial real estate leased. However, legal address rental is of immediate interest at this point. This type of "rent" has a number of advantages, namely:

- minimization of costs (no need to specifically hire employees to represent the company, and in case of receipt of any correspondence for such a company, the responsible person will pass or forward it to the head of the company; in addition, if the legal entity intends to specify the address of rented office, the owner of such commercial property is required to provide a guarantee letter of the long term office lease contract conclusion and of permission to use the address of such commercial property as legal, which not every owner agrees and such rent will require large costs).

- non-disclosure of the home address (as a rule, the residential address publicity causes discomfort for the company head and his/her family)

- minimal risk of lease termination.

When renting a legal address, it is necessary to pay attention to whether such an address really exists, and whether the facilities at such an address are completed and put into operation. In addition, if a large number of companies (more than 10) are assigned to this address, it is better to ignore such proposals.
