Studying the rent office ads, the “commercial real estate leases of class A, B, etc.” are often published. So, we are going to analyze all that classes in today's article.

Offices are usually categorized as A, B, C, D and E class. A Class includes a comfortable prestigious office in a business center located in the city center. Typically, luxury real estate rental of this kind is carried out by large companies and branches of foreign companies that prefer to rent an office with a legal address. It is possible to find the ready office for rent offers in a business center of this class. The layout and decoration of such office meet all international standards. Any tenant of the A Class Office should not worry about his or her property, even if he or her wishes to rent an office on the ground floor, since such kind buildings have reliable security and a fireproof system.

B Class includes more economical offices that were considered elite more than 5 years ago. Typically, such commercial property is rented for second-tier workers. Basically, buildings of this class differ little from A Class buildings, however, the range of services may be narrower, and the requirements for the quality of interior finishing may be less stringent.

C Class includes offices located in former administrative buildings, which are usually located on the outskirts of the city or in dormitory areas. The infrastructure in such buildings is rather weak, the premises need a repair, and centralized parking is often absent. The commercial real estate lease in this class of building is good for small companies with a limited budget. They can rent an office with a separate entrance or rent an office with a bathroom at a very reasonable cost.

D Class Offices are considered budgetary as the building itself is located in a residential area and is a former kindergarten, school or department store with minimal repat or shell & core.

And finally, E Class Offices. Offices of this class include office-type premises located in residential buildings or apartments transferred to non-residential premises or in basements.

Certainly, the last two classes are the most budgetary and unattractive; however, the evaluation of such class real estate property showed that they are still in demand, especially during the crisis.
